Everyone loves a reunion: family, school chums, work associates but an electric appliance? Well, shortly after a sewing machine repair shop took in Erica's Pfaff 360 for scheduled maintenance, the engine mysteriously froze. She'd used and taken care of it for over 45 years and the shop's negligence broke her heart. But we located an immaculate 1:1 replacement and gave it to her on her birthday; seven years after the old one was scrapped. The reunion is endearing!
