This is a demonstration of quilting using a Janome 1600P sewing machine mounted on a Newjoy quilting frame. A laser is used to map a quilting pattern to the fabric. The pattern was generated using paint.net and printed out on 81/2 x 11 paper pieced together. The camera used to take the movie was a Canon SD780 set at 1280 x 730 at 720p. The setup uses a stitch regulator and the system has been very reliable and trouble free.
